Put the butter in the baking pan. Combine the flour, salt, and ground black pepper in a shallow dish. Roll the chicken tenders over to coat well.

Arrange the chicken in the baking pan and flip to coat with the melted butter.

Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 2, select Convection Broil, set temperature to 390ºF (199ºC) and set time to 10 minutes.

Flip the tenders halfway through.

When cooking is complete, the juices of chicken tenders should run clear.

Meanwhile, make the mushroom sauce: melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add the mushrooms and onions to the saucepan and sauté for 3 minutes or until the onions are translucent.

Gently mix in the flour, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until it has a thick consistency. Set the sauce aside until ready to serve.

When broiling is complete, remove the baking pan from the oven and set the ham slices into the basket.

Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set time to 5 minutes.

Flip the ham slices halfway through.

When cooking is complete, the ham slices should be heated through.

Remove the ham slices from the oven and set in the English muffin halves and warm for 1 minute.

Arrange each ham slice on top of each muffin half, then place each chicken tender over the ham slice.

Transfer to the oven and set time to 2 minutes on Air Fry.

Serve with the sauce on top.
