Cheese-Encrusted Chicken Tenderloins with Peanuts

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1½ pounds (680 g) chicken tenderloins
2 tablespoons peanuts, roasted and roughly chopped
Cooking spray
- Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and peanut oil in a large bow. Stir to mix well.
- Dip the chicken tenderloins in the cheese mixture, then press to coat well. Shake the excess off.
- Transfer the chicken tenderloins in the basket.
- Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 360ºF (182ºC) and set time to 12 minutes.
- Flip the tenderloin halfway through.
- When cooking is complete, the tenderloin should be well browned.
- Transfer the chicken tenderloins on a large plate and top with roasted peanuts before serving.
