Cheese-Encrusted Chicken Tenderloins with Peanuts

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1½ pounds (680 g) chicken tenderloins
2 tablespoons peanuts, roasted and roughly chopped
Cooking spray
  1. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and peanut oil in a large bow. Stir to mix well.
  3. Dip the chicken tenderloins in the cheese mixture, then press to coat well. Shake the excess off.
  4. Transfer the chicken tenderloins in the basket.
  5. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 360ºF (182ºC) and set time to 12 minutes.
  6. Flip the tenderloin halfway through.
  7. When cooking is complete, the tenderloin should be well browned.
  8. Transfer the chicken tenderloins on a large plate and top with roasted peanuts before serving.
