Lime Chicken with Cilantro
Prep time: 35 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes | Serves 4
4 (4-ounce / 113-g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Chicken seasoning or rub, to taste
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Cooking spray
  1. Put the chicken breasts in the large bowl, then add the cilantro, lime juice, chicken seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat well.
  2. Wrap the bowl in plastic and refrigerate to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Remove the marinated chicken breasts from the bowl and place in the basket. Spritz with cooking spray.
  5. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 400ºF (205ºC) and set time to 10 minutes.
  6. Flip the breasts halfway through.
  7. When cooking is complete, the internal temperature of the chicken should reach at least 165ºF (74ºC).
  8. Serve immediately.
