Duck Breasts with Marmalade Balsamic Glaz e
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 13 minutes | Serves 4
4 (6-ounce / 170-g) skin-on duck breasts
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Cut 10 slits into the skin of the duck breasts, then sprinkle with salt on both sides.
  2. Place the breasts in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
  3. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 400ºF (205ºC) and set time to 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Stir to mix well.
  5. When cooking is complete, brush the duck skin with the marmalade mixture. Flip the breast and air fry for 3 more minutes or until the skin is crispy and the breast is well browned.
  6. Serve immediately.
