Sumptuous Beef and Pork Sausage Meatloaf
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 25 minutes | Serves 4
¾ pound (340 g) ground chuck
4 ounces (113 g) ground pork sausage
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup chopped shallot
3 tablespoons plain milk
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon chopped porcini mushrooms
½ teaspoon cumin powder
Seasoned salt and crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until well blended.
  2. Place the meat mixture in the baking pan. Use a spatula to press the mixture to fill the pan.
  3. Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 1, select Convection Bake, set temperature to 360ºF (182ºC) and set time to 25 minutes.
  4. When cooking is complete, the meatloaf should be well browned.
  5. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and slice. Serve warm.
