Easy Lamb Chops with Asparagus
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 15 minutes | Serves 4
4 asparagus spears, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 pound (454 g) lamb chops
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme, for serving
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  1. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. On a large plate, brush the asparagus with 1 tablespoon olive oil, then sprinkle with salt. Set aside.
  3. On a separate plate, brush the lamb chops with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper.
  4. Arrange the lamb chops in the pan.
  5. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 400ºF (205ºC) and set time to 15 minutes.
  6. Flip the lamb chops and add the asparagus and garlic halfway through.
  7. When cooking is complete, the lamb should be well browned and the asparagus should be tender.
  8. Serve them on a plate with thyme on top.
