Homemade Teriyaki Pork Ribs
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 30 minutes | Serves 4
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground dried ginger
4 (8-ounce / 227-g) boneless country-style pork ribs
Cooking spray
  1. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. Make the teriyaki sauce: combine the soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger in a bowl. Stir to mix well.
  3. Brush the ribs with half of the teriyaki sauce, then arrange the ribs in the pan. Spritz with cooking spray.
  4. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 350ºF (180ºC) and set time to 30 minutes.
  5. After 15 minutes, remove from the oven. Flip the ribs and brush with remaining teriyaki sauce. Return to the oven and continue cooking.
  6. When cooking is complete, the internal temperature of the ribs should reach at least 145ºF (63ºC).
  7. Serve immediately.
