Kielbasa Sausage with Pineapple and Bell Peppers
Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes | Serves 2 to 4
¾ pound (340 g) kielbasa sausage, cut into ½-inch slices
1 (8-ounce / 227-g) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1 cup bell pepper chunks
1 tablespoon barbecue seasoning
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Cooking spray

Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to mix well.

Pour the sausage mixture in the basket.

Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 390ºF (199ºC) and set time to 10 minutes.

After 5 minutes, remove from the oven. Stir the sausage mixture. Return to the oven and continue cooking.

When cooking is complete, the sausage should be lightly browned and the bell pepper and pineapple should be soft.

Serve immediately.
