Pork and Tricolor Vegetables Kebabs
Prep time: 1 hour 20 minutes | Cook time: 8 minutes | Serves 4
For the Pork:
1 pound (454 g) pork steak, cut in cubes
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons steak sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon powdered chili
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic salt
For the Vegetable:
1 green squash, deseeded and cut in cubes
1 yellow squash, deseeded and cut in cubes
1 red pepper, cut in cubes
1 green pepper, cut in cubes
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Cooking spray
Special Equipment:
4 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes

Combine the ingredients for the pork in a large bowl. Press the pork to dunk in the marinade. Wrap the bowl in plastic and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Remove the pork from the marinade and run the skewers through the pork and vegetables alternatively. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange the skewers in the pan and spritz with cooking spray.

Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 380ºF (193ºC) and set time to 8 minutes.

After 4 minutes, remove from the oven. Flip the skewers. Return to the oven and continue cooking.

When cooking is complete, the pork should be browned and the vegetables should be lightly charred and tender.

Serve immediately.
