Pork, Bell Pepper, and Pineapple Skewer

¼ teaspoon kosher salt or ⅛ teaspoon fine salt
1 medium pork tenderloin (about 1 pound / 454 g), cut into 1½-inch chunks
1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
¾ cup Teriyaki Sauce or store-bought variety, divided
Special Equipment:
12 (9- to 12-inch) wooden skewers, soaked in water for about 30 minutes

Sprinkle the pork cubes with the salt.

Thread the pork, bell peppers, and pineapple onto a skewer. Repeat until all skewers are complete. Brush the skewers generously with about half of the Teriyaki Sauce. Place them in the air fryer basket.

Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Roast, set temperature to 375ºF (190ºC), and set time to 10 minutes.

After about 5 minutes, remove from the oven. Turn over the skewers and brush with the remaining half of Teriyaki Sauce. Return to the oven and continue cooking until the vegetables are tender and browned in places and the pork is browned and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and serve.
