Spicy Pork Chops with Carrots and Mushrooms
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 15 minutes | Serves 4
2 carrots, cut into sticks
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound (454 g) boneless pork chops
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

In a mixing bowl, toss together the carrots, mushrooms, garlic, olive oil and salt until well combined.

Add the pork chops to a different bowl and season with oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.

Lower the vegetable mixture in the greased basket. Place the seasoned pork chops on top.

Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 360ºF (182ºC) and set time to 15 minutes.

After 7 minutes, remove from the oven. Flip the pork and stir the vegetables. Return to the oven and continue cooking.

When cooking is complete, the pork chops should be browned and the vegetables should be tender.

Transfer the pork chops to the serving dishes and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm with vegetable on the side.
