Worcestershire Ribeye Steaks
Prep time: 35 minutes | Cook time: 10 to 12 minutes | Serves 2 to 4
2 (8-ounce / 227-g) boneless ribeye steaks
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
4 teaspoons olive oil
  1. Brush the steaks with Worcestershire sauce on both sides. Sprinkle with garlic powder and coarsely ground black pepper. Drizzle the steaks with olive oil. Allow steaks to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Transfer the steaks into the basket.
  3. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Roast, set the temperature to 400ºF (205ºC) and set time to 4 minutes.
  4. After 2 minutes, remove from the oven. Flip the steaks. Return to the oven and continue cooking.
  5. When cooking is complete, the steaks should be well browned.
  6. Remove the steaks from the basket and let sit for 5 minutes. Salt and serve.
