Ravioli with Beef-Marinara Sauce
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes | Serves 4
1 (20-ounce / 567-g) package frozen cheese ravioli
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1¼ cups water
6 ounces (170 g) cooked ground beef
2½ cups Marinara sauce
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
  1. Place the ravioli in an even layer in the baking pan. Stir the salt into the water until dissolved and pour it over the ravioli.
  2. Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 1, select Convection Bake, set temperature to 450ºF (235ºC), and set time to 10 minutes.
  3. While the ravioli is cooking, mix the ground beef into the marinara sauce in a medium bowl.
  4. After 6 minutes, remove the pan from the oven. Blot off any remaining water, or drain the ravioli and return them to the pan. Pour the meat sauce over the ravioli. Return the pan to the oven and continue cooking.
  5. When cooking is complete, the ravioli should be tender and sauce heated through. Gently stir the ingredients. Serve the ravioli with the Parmesan cheese, if desired.
