Garlic Edamam e
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 9 minutes | Serves 4
1 (16-ounce / 454-g) bag frozen edamame in pods
2 tablespoon olive oil, divided
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  1. Place the edamame in a medium bowl and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Toss to coat well.
  2. Stir together the garlic salt, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if desired) in a small bowl. Pour the mixture into the bowl of edamame and toss until the edamame is fully coated.
  3. Grease the air fryer basket with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Place the edamame in the greased basket.
  5. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 375ºF (190ºC), and set time to 9 minutes.
  6. Stir the edamame once halfway through the cooking time.
  7. When cooking is complete, the edamame should be crisp. Remove from the oven to a plate and serve warm.
