Paprika Deviled Eggs

3 cups ice
12 large eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
10 hamburger dill pickle chips, diced
¼ cup diced onion
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
- Put the ice in a large bowl and set aside. Carefully place the eggs in the baking pan.
- Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 1, select Convection Bake, set temperature to 250ºF (121ºC), and set time to 16 minutes.
- When cooking is complete, transfer the eggs to the large bowl of ice to cool.
- When cool enough to handle, peel the eggs. Slice them in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a small bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, pickles, onion, salt, mustard, and pepper. Mash the mixture with a fork until well combined.
- Fill each egg white half with 1 to 2 teaspoons of the egg yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle the paprika on top and serve immediately.
