Paprika Deviled Eggs
Prep time: 20 minutes | Cook time: 16 minutes | Serves 12
3 cups ice
12 large eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
10 hamburger dill pickle chips, diced
¼ cup diced onion
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
  1. Put the ice in a large bowl and set aside. Carefully place the eggs in the baking pan.
  2. Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 1, select Convection Bake, set temperature to 250ºF (121ºC), and set time to 16 minutes.
  3. When cooking is complete, transfer the eggs to the large bowl of ice to cool.
  4. When cool enough to handle, peel the eggs. Slice them in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a small bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, pickles, onion, salt, mustard, and pepper. Mash the mixture with a fork until well combined.
  5. Fill each egg white half with 1 to 2 teaspoons of the egg yolk mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the paprika on top and serve immediately.
