Spicy Tortilla Chip s
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes | Serves 4
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
Pinch cayenne pepper
8 (6-inch) corn tortillas, each cut into 6 wedges
Cooking spray
  1. Lightly spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. Stir together the cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the tortilla wedges in the basket in a single layer. Lightly mist them with cooking spray. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture on top of the tortilla wedges.
  4. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 375ºF (190ºC), and set time to 5 minutes.
  5. Stir the tortilla wedges halfway through the cooking time.
  6. When cooking is complete, the chips should be lightly browned and crunchy. Remove from the oven. Let the tortilla chips cool for 5 minutes and serve.
