Kale Chips with Sesame
Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 8 minutes | Serves 5
8 cups deribbed kale leaves, torn into 2-inch pieces
1½ tablespoons olive oil
¾ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  1. In a large bowl, toss the kale with the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and sesame seeds until well coated.
  2. Transfer the kale to the air fryer basket.
  3. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 350ºF (180ºC), and set time to 8 minutes.
  4. Flip the kale twice during cooking.
  5. When cooking is complete, the kale should be crispy. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
