Carrot Chip

Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes | Serves 4
4 to 5 medium carrots, trimmed and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for greasing
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Toss the carrot slices with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and salt in a medium bowl until thoroughly coated.
- Grease the air fryer basket with the olive oil. Place the carrot slices in the greased pan.
- Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 390ºF (199ºC), and set time to 10 minutes.
- Stir the carrot slices halfway through the cooking time.
- When cooking is complete, the chips should be crisp-tender. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
