Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 10 minutes | Serves 4
4 to 5 medium carrots, trimmed and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for greasing
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  1. Toss the carrot slices with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and salt in a medium bowl until thoroughly coated.
  2. Grease the air fryer basket with the olive oil. Place the carrot slices in the greased pan.
  3. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 390ºF (199ºC), and set time to 10 minutes.
  4. Stir the carrot slices halfway through the cooking time.
  5. When cooking is complete, the chips should be crisp-tender. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
