Corn and Black Bean Salsa

½ (15-ounce / 425-g) can corn, drained and rinsed
½ (15-ounce / 425-g) can black beans, drained and rinsed
¼ cup chunky salsa
2 ounces (57 g) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
¼ cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Combine the corn, black beans, salsa, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, paprika, and cumin in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into the baking pan.
- Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 325ºF (163ºC), and set time to 10 minutes.
- When cooking is complete, the mixture should be heated through. Rest for 5 minutes and serve warm.
