Corn and Black Bean Salsa

½ (15-ounce / 425-g) can corn, drained and rinsed
½ (15-ounce / 425-g) can black beans, drained and rinsed
¼ cup chunky salsa
2 ounces (57 g) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
¼ cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  1. Combine the corn, black beans, salsa, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, paprika, and cumin in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir until well blended.
  2. Pour the mixture into the baking pan.
  3. Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 325ºF (163ºC), and set time to 10 minutes.
  4. When cooking is complete, the mixture should be heated through. Rest for 5 minutes and serve warm.
