Crunchy Chickpea s

½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 (19-ounce / 539-g) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Cooking spray
  1. Lina the air fryer basket with parchment paper and lightly spritz with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Place the chickpeas in a medium bowl and lightly mist with cooking spray.
  4. Add the spice mixture to the chickpeas and toss until evenly coated. Transfer the chickpeas to the parchment.
  5. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 390ºF (199ºC), and set time to 18 minutes.
  6. Stir the chickpeas twice during cooking.
  7. When cooking is complete, the chickpeas should be crunchy. Remove from the oven and let the chickpeas cool for 5 minutes before serving.
