Homemade BBQ Chicken Pizza
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 8 minutes | Serves 1
1 piece naan bread
¼ cup Barbecue sauce
¼ cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
¼ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
½ chicken herby sausage, sliced
2 tablespoons red onion, thinly sliced
Chopped cilantro or parsley, for garnish
Cooking spray
  1. Spritz the bottom of naan bread with cooking spray, then transfer to the air fryer basket.
  2. Brush with the Barbecue sauce. Top with the cheeses, sausage, and finish with the red onion.
  3. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 400ºF (205ºC), and set time to 8 minutes.
  4. When cooking is complete, the cheese should be melted. Remove from the oven. Garnish with the chopped cilantro or parsley before slicing to serve.
