Easy Muffuletta Sliders with Olives
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 6 minutes | Makes 8 sliders
¼ pound (113 g) thinly sliced deli ham
¼ pound (113 g) thinly sliced pastrami
4 ounces (113 g) low-fat Mozzarella cheese, grated
8 slider buns, split in half
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Olive Mix:
½ cup sliced green olives with pimentos
¼ cup sliced black olives
¼ cup chopped kalamata olives
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon basil
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the olive mix in a small bowl and stir well.
  2. Stir together the ham, pastrami, and cheese in a medium bowl and divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.
  3. Assemble the sliders: Top each bottom bun with 1 portion of meat and cheese, 2 tablespoons of olive mix, finished by the remaining buns. Lightly spritz the tops with cooking spray. Scatter the sesame seeds on top.
  4. Arrange the sliders in the baking pan.
  5. Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 1, select Convection Bake, set temperature to 360ºF (182ºC), and set time to 6 minutes.
  6. When cooking is complete, the cheese should be melted. Remove the pan from the oven and serve.
