Vanilla Walnuts Tart
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 13 minutes | Serves 6
1 cup coconut milk
½ cup walnuts, ground
½ cup Swerve
½ cup almond flour
½ stick butter, at room temperature
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Cooking spray
  1. Coat the baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine all the ingredients except the oil in a large bowl and stir until well blended. Spoon the batter mixture into the baking pan.
  3. Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 1, select Convection Bake, set temperature to 360ºF (182ºC), and set time to 13 minutes.
  4. When cooking is complete, a toothpick inserted into the center of the tart should come out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool. Serve immediately.
