Cinnamon Candied Apples
Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 12 minutes | Serves 4
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
  1. Thoroughly combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the apples to the bowl and stir until well coated. Transfer the apples to the baking pan.
  3. Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 1, select Convection Bake, set temperature to 350ºF (180ºC), and set time to 12 minutes.
  4. After about 9 minutes, stir the apples and bake for an additional 3 minutes. When cooking is complete, the apples should be softened.
  5. Serve warm.
