Cheesy Green Bean Casserole
Prep time: 4 minutes | Cook time: 6 minutes | Serves 4
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 cup green beans
6 ounces (170 g) Cheddar cheese, shredded
7 ounces (198 g) Parmesan cheese, shredded
¼ cup heavy cream
Sea salt, to taste
  1. Grease the baking pan with the melted butter.
  2. Add the green beans, Cheddar, salt, and black pepper to the prepared baking pan. Stir to mix well, then spread the Parmesan and cream on top.
  3. Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 1, select Convection Bake, set temperature to 400ºF (205ºC) and set time to 6 minutes.
  4. When cooking is complete, the beans should be tender and the cheese should be melted.
  5. Serve immediately.
