Chicken Divan
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 24 minutes | Serves 4
4 chicken breasts
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
½ cup cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup croutons
Cooking spray
  1. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. Put the chicken breasts in the basket and sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 390ºF (199ºC) and set time to 14 minutes.
  4. Flip the breasts halfway through the cooking time.
  5. When cooking is complete, the breasts should be well browned and tender.
  6. Remove the breasts from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes on a plate, then cut the breasts into bite-size pieces.
  7. Combine the chicken, broccoli, mushroom soup, and Cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Stir to mix well.
  8. Spritz the baking pan with cooking spray. Pour the chicken mixture into the pan. Spread the croutons over the mixture.
  9. Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 1, select Convection Bake, set time to 10 minutes.
  10. When cooking is complete, the croutons should be lightly browned and the mixture should be set.
  11. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
