Spritz the baking pan with cooking spray.

Add the kale to the baking pan and drizzle with olive oil.

Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 2, select Convection Broil, set temperature to 360ºF (182ºC) and set time to 3 minutes.

Stir the kale halfway through.

When cooking is complete, the kale should be wilted.

Meanwhile, combine the eggs with salt and water in a large bowl. Stir to mix well.

Make the frittata: When broiling is complete, pour the eggs into the baking pan and spread with feta cheese.

Slide the baking pan into Rack Position 1, select Convection Bake, set temperature to 300ºF (150ºC) and set time to 8 minutes.

When cooking is complete, the eggs should be set and the cheese should be melted.

Remove from the oven and serve the frittata immediately.
