Pork Momos
Prep time: 20 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes | Serves 4
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound (454 g) ground pork
1 shredded carrot
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon soy sauce
16 wonton wrappers
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Cooking spray
  1. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the ground pork, carrot, onion, soy sauce, salt, and ground black pepper and sauté for 10 minutes or until the pork is well browned and carrots are tender.
  3. Unfold the wrappers on a clean work surface, then divide the cooked pork and vegetables on the wrappers. Fold the edges around the filling to form momos. Nip the top to seal the momos.
  4. Arrange the momos in the air fryer basket and spritz with cooking spray.
  5. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 320ºF (160ºC) and set time to 10 minutes.
  6. When cooking is complete, the wrappers will be lightly browned.
  7. Serve immediately.
