Lamb and Feta Hamburger s
Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 16 minutes | Makes 4 burgers
1½ pounds (680 g) ground lamb
¼ cup crumbled feta
1½ teaspoons tomato paste
1½ teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground dried ginger
1 teaspoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 kaiser rolls or hamburger buns, split open lengthwise, warmed
Cooking spray
  1. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. Combine all the ingredients, except for the buns, in a large bowl. Coarsely stir to mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into four balls, then pound the balls into four 5-inch diameter patties.
  4. Arrange the patties in the pan and spritz with cooking spray.
  5. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 375ºF (190ºC) and set time to 16 minutes.
  6. Flip the patties halfway through the cooking time.
  7. When cooking is complete, the patties should be well browned.
  8. Assemble the buns with patties to make the burgers and serve immediately.
