Turkey Sliders with Chive Mayo

Cooking spray
Turkey Sliders:
¾ pound (340 g) turkey, minced
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
¼ cup pickled jalapeno, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Chive Mayo:
1 tablespoon chives
1 cup mayonnaise
Zest of 1 lime
1 teaspoon salt
  1. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the ingredients for the turkey sliders in a large bowl. Stir to mix well. Shape the mixture into 6 balls, then bash the balls into patties.
  3. Arrange the patties in the pan and spritz with cooking spray.
  4. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 365ºF (185ºC) and set time to 15 minutes.
  5. Flip the patties halfway through the cooking time.
  6. Meanwhile, combine the ingredients for the chive mayo in a small bowl. Stir to mix well.
  7. When cooked, the patties will be well browned.
  8. Smear the patties with chive mayo, then assemble the patties between two buns to make the sliders. Serve immediately.
