Thai Pork Slider s
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 14 minutes | Makes 6 sliders
1 pound (454 g) ground pork
1 tablespoon Thai curry paste
1½ tablespoons fish sauce
¼ cup thinly sliced scallions, white and green parts
2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 slider buns, split open lengthwise, warmed
Cooking spray
  1. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. Combine all the ingredients, except for the buns in a large bowl. Stir to mix well.
  3. Divide and shape the mixture into six balls, then bash the balls into six 3-inch-diameter patties.
  4. Arrange the patties in the basket and spritz with cooking spray.
  5. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 375ºF (190ºC) and set time to 14 minutes.
  6. Flip the patties halfway through the cooking time.
  7. When cooked, the patties should be well browned.
  8. Assemble the buns with patties to make the sliders and serve immediately.
