Lemony Shishito Peppers
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes | Serves 4
½ pound (227 g) shishito peppers (about 24)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Coarse sea salt, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Cooking spray
  1. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  2. Toss the peppers with olive oil in a large bowl to coat well.
  3. Arrange the peppers in the basket.
  4. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 400ºF (205ºC) and set time to 5 minutes.
  5. Flip the peppers and sprinkle the peppers with salt halfway through the cooking time.
  6. When cooked, the peppers should be blistered and lightly charred. Transfer the peppers onto a plate and squeeze the lemon wedges on top before serving.
