Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Glaze
Prep time: 2 hours 15 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes | Serves 8
1 pound (454 g) frozen bread dough, thawed
2 tablespoons melted butter
1½ tablespoons cinnamon
¾ cup brown sugar
Cooking spray
Cream Glaze:
4 ounces (113 g) softened cream cheese
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons melted butter
1¼ cups powdered erythritol
  1. Place the bread dough on a clean work surface, then roll the dough out into a rectangle with a rolling pin.
  2. Brush the top of the dough with melted butter and leave 1-inch edges uncovered.
  3. Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl, then sprinkle the dough with the cinnamon mixture.
  4. Roll the dough over tightly, then cut the dough log into 8 portions. Wrap the portions in plastic, better separately, and let sit to rise for 1 or 2 hours.
  5. Meanwhile, combine the ingredients for the glaze in a separate small bowl. Stir to mix well.
  6. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Transfer the risen rolls to the basket.
  7. Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 350ºF (180ºC) and set time to 5 minutes.
  8. Flip the rolls halfway through the cooking time.
  9. When cooking is complete, the rolls will be golden brown.
  10. Serve the rolls with the glaze.
