Prep time: 2 hours 15 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes | Serves 8
1 pound (454 g) frozen bread dough, thawed
2 tablespoons melted butter
1½ tablespoons cinnamon
¾ cup brown sugar
Cooking spray
Cream Glaze:
4 ounces (113 g) softened cream cheese
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons melted butter
1¼ cups powdered erythritol
-
Place the bread dough on a clean work surface, then roll the dough out into a rectangle with a rolling pin.
-
Brush the top of the dough with melted butter and leave 1-inch edges uncovered.
-
Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl, then sprinkle the dough with the cinnamon mixture.
-
Roll the dough over tightly, then cut the dough log into 8 portions. Wrap the portions in plastic, better separately, and let sit to rise for 1 or 2 hours.
-
Meanwhile, combine the ingredients for the glaze in a separate small bowl. Stir to mix well.
-
Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Transfer the risen rolls to the basket.
-
Put the air fryer basket on the baking pan and slide into Rack Position 2, select Air Fry, set temperature to 350ºF (180ºC) and set time to 5 minutes.
-
Flip the rolls halfway through the cooking time.
-
When cooking is complete, the rolls will be golden brown.
-
Serve the rolls with the glaze.
