Asian Dipping Sauc

¼ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable stock
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced or grated ginger
1 tablespoon minced or pressed garlic
1 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce or sriracha (or more to taste)

Stir together all the ingredients in a small bowl, or place in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until well mixed.
