Caesar Salad Dressin g

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
¼ teaspoon kosher salt or ⅛ teaspoon fine salt
¼ teaspoon minced or pressed garlic
1 egg, beaten
  1. Add all the ingredients to a tall, narrow container.
  2. Purée the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth.
  3. Use immediately.
