Dressings are a really important part of eating well, as they instantly spice up any meal. I add them to all my salads, roasted veggies, grains, beans and anything else I cook. The simple lime and olive oil mix here is the best dressing for an easy side salad; the flavors are subtle and easily blend with whatever you’re eating. The garlic and tahini version is the creamiest, so I love using it with grains and sautéed beans to create a rich dish. The sweet sesame is probably my favorite, the flavors are just so incredible, it’s similar to the almond and maple dressing but the almond version is much creamier whereas the sesame dressing is a little lighter. The chili and tamari is the richest, with a delicious mix of saltiness and spice that really strengthens the flavors of whatever you pair it with.
