About the Authors

LES FEHMI, PHD, is director of the Princeton Biofeedback Centre in Princeton, New Jersey. Since the late 1960s, he has been one of the pioneers in the field of bio- and neurofeedback.

For over four decades, Les Fehmi has been active as a psychologist in private practice, a speaker, a biofeedback trainer, and a consultant for such organizations as Harvard Medical School, Johnson & Johnson, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Dallas Cowboys, and the New Jersey Nets. He holds an MA and a PhD from UCLA. He is the coauthor of The Open-Focus Brain: Harnessing the Power of Attention to Heal Mind and Body.
