Brands Used in Developing Recipes

This list of ingredients is not an endorsement of these companies but a list of the brands used in developing the recipes in this book (so you know they work). These brands were gluten-free at the time, but always read labels before buying any food or ingredient to make sure it is gluten-free. Manufacturers can change ingredients or manufacturing practices, making a formerly gluten-free product no longer safe. Also, some manufacturers use similar packages for their gluten-containing and gluten-free products, so reading the labels is imperative to distinguish between the two.
