Crispy-Fried Wings
Serving size: 6 wings
Ingredients
12 chicken wings, raw &thawed
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 tbsp Frank's Red Hot
Directions
1. Preheat the fryer oil to 275. Dry the wings and fry for 15 minutes
2. Let wings cool to room temperature.
3. Preheat the fryer to 375 and pat wings dry.
4. Fry for another 6 minutes or until skin is taut and golden brown.
5. If desired, mix melted butter and Frank's Red Hot together.
6. Toss the crispy fried wings in the sauce. Serve!
