Hot Jalapeno Poppers
Ingredients
8 slices Bacon
8 medium Jalapeno Peppers
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
5 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Table Blend
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Next, slice jalapenos in half; scrape out the insides of the peppers.
2. Mix together mozzarella cheese, cream cheese and desired spices in a bowl.
3. Pack the cream cheese mixture into peppers. Place the other half of pepper on top, close peppers up again.
4. Next, wrap each pepper in 1 bacon slice, beginning from the bottom then working up.
5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, broil for another 2 to 3 minutes. Serve.
