Delicious Pork Tacos

Ingredients

1 lb. Pork Shoulder, cooked

1 cup Romaine Lettuce, shredded

1 tbsp. Olive Oil

1/4 tsp. Onion Powder

1/2 tsp. Chipotle Powder

1/4 tsp. Pepper

1/4 tsp. Oregano

1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 medium Jalapeno Pepper

3/4 medium Yellow Pepper

6 thin Flax Tortillas

1 tbsp. Olive Oil

1/2 tsp. Salt



Directions

1. Make flax tortillas.

2. Chop pork up into cubes

3. In a tightly rolled plastic bag, marinade pork in oil and spices for 30 to 45 minutes.

4. Chop vegetables, sauté in olive oil on high heat until cooked then set aside.

5. Cook pork on high until well browned.

6. Assemble tacos with vegetables, pork and lettuce. Top with sour cream and enjoy!
