The purpose of this book is to guide you through the ‘first steps’ of the Lightning Process (LP) – a practical, intriguing and important training programme – to transform your health and wellbeing. I hope you find it inspiring, fascinating and life-changing.
This book delivers part one of your Lightning Process training for health. It covers a wide variety of topics designed to stimulate change and improve your health and wellbeing. These include the Lightning Process’ Core Concepts, relevant research into the body–brain–mind link and some thought-provoking exercises. These topics make it an essential read, I think, for anyone wishing to create effective change in their health, whatever route they take.
Once you’ve worked through the steps in this book, you will be ready to take the next part of the training and learn the practical tools of the Lightning Process to change your health in the three-day Lightning Process seminar.
Throughout this book, you’ll find the stories, told in their own words, of just a few of the many people who have used the Lightning Process and regained their health and happiness. I possibly should add that you may think, as some others have commented, that in telling their stories these people appear a little overexcited about the results they’ve achieved, and the Lightning Process. However, I simply ask you to consider this: if you had an illness which you’d battled for years, or been told was impossible to recover from, and then got your health back, how excited would you be, and how much would you wish to let others know about this new option?
