Spiced Almond Falafels

This recipe is delicious served with pasta dishes and with salads. These falafels are dehydrated and have a texture similar to cooked falafels.

Serves 4

Ingredients

2 cups almonds, soaked

1 garlic clove

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon sage

14 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder

2 tablespoons liquid coconut oil

  1. Using a food processor with an S blade, process all the ingredients together.
  2. Form into little balls and dehydrate at 145°F for 2 hours. Turn down the temperature and continue dehydrating at 115°F for 12 hours.
