Sweet Almond Oat Cereal
This is a great meal for breakfast. It is delicious served with almond milk and garnished with fresh fruit.

Ingredients
2 cups steel cut oats
1⁄2 cup almonds
11⁄2 cups bananas
1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1⁄2 cup blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, or sliced peaches
2 tablespoons agave nectar
- Soak the oats in 21⁄2 cups water overnight, for 6 to 8 hours. Soak the almonds in 1 cup water for 8 to 12 hours. Rinse and drain.
- Process the almonds, oats, bananas, and cinnamon in a food processor until they are broken down into big chunks.
- Transfer the ingredients into serving bowls. Top with blueberries or fruit of your choice, and drizzle the agave nectar on top.
