Before You Begin…

STAYING HEALTHY WITH THE SEASONS doesn’t have to be read cover to cover. You might start by doing the Health Report Card, and then read the section for the specific season you are in, then try the Basics section which lays the groundwork, and continue on from there. Then you could go back and use the book throughout the year, reading about each new season as you go, and preventively preparing for changes.

But for those who are interested in this book as a health study, I suggest that you read Staying Healthy With the Seasons through, making notes and picking areas of interest for review, then check through again, using charts and tables which may not have been totally clear at first, and which may require some patience and focus. You may wish to go to other books for aid on particular topics, and incorporate all this with your own notes and ideas. You will find a new bibliography in the back of this book.

Above all, I hope you enjoy this work and find that it helps you to “bridge the gap of credible realities” and achieve a growing awareness and responsibility for your own well-being, using the many gifts which Nature has provided.
