Eggnog
Winter means eggnog! Enjoy it. Kids can have it liquor-free. And let’s be honest here. This is a creamy treat, not a low-calorie drink.

Ingredients:

12 egg yolks

12 egg whites

¾ cup white sugar

1 cup brandy

2 cups spiced rum

4 cups coconut milk

4 cups heavy cream

1 tbsp. nutmeg
Directions:
First, whisk the yolks well with a mixer
Whisk in the sugar.
Add the brandy, spice rum, coconut milk and heavy cream.
Next, transfer the mixture into a large bowl or container.
Clean the mixer and whisk the egg whites.
Folk the egg whites into the eggnog mixture.
Then, place into large containers and refrigerate for a week.
Pour the eggnog into a festive bowl and drizzle with nutmeg.
