The Pasukan Gerakan Khas (PGK), translated as "Special Action Unit" in Malay, are Malaysia's special forces operating under the umbrella of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), the country's national police. Established in 1975 to address terrorist threats and critical security situations, the PGK is known for its ability to conduct advanced tactical operations, including counterterrorism, hostage rescue, and law enforcement in conflict areas.
The PGK is made up of highly trained members selected from the PDRM.
