DEAR SIR:—With much pleasure I present for your careful consideration my latest catalogue, containing new series of Fresco Stencils.

I manufacture and carry in stock all stencils contained in this book and orders will be filled immediately, THEREFORE NO DELAY IN SHIPPING.

Excelsior Fresco Stencils are in the most cases SINGLE Stencils, with exceptions where it is practical to produce the design in different colors.

The Stencils contained herein have been reduced by photography from the original full-sized designs to exactly one-twelfth; on those cuts where size is not given, it can be easily ascertained by measuring same.

Any Stencil can be enlarged or reduced per special order and will cost about the double price.

My Stencils are cut out of best oiled Manila Stencil Paper. Stencil designs in black on stencil paper, ready for cutting, at half-price.

OUTLINE STENSILS. For the reason to give you and your customers an idea how to color and work out Outline Stencils, I have made up colored sketches, which I recommend and sell to the trade.

My terms are strictly cash in advance or C. O. D., and no orders will be sent in any other way. For those goods wanted forwarded by mail, add ten cents extra on the dollar to pay Postage. All shipping charges are payable by the receiver of goods. Also the charges for return of money on C. O. D. shipments.

Remittances should be made by Post Office or Express Money Order, or goods will be sent C. O. D. United States Postal Stamps accepted on small orders. Remittances made by checks not on a Chicago or New York Bank, 10c must be added to cover exchange and cost of collection.
