Dear Reader,

Starting over can be one of the hardest things in life. Routines are comfortable. But when it’s all ripped away, what do you do?

That’s the position Stasia Marinakos is in after losing her adoring husband. She’s grieved and everyone tells her it’s time to move on. And now her overprotective brother has given her a special birthday gift in the form of a Mediterranean cruise ticket. Stasia grudgingly agrees to the two-week adventure to appease her brother. However, this trip just might have her seeing life in a whole new light...

Roberto Carrass doesn’t want to be on the cruise, but it’s his cousin’s wedding and he would do almost anything for her, including enduring two weeks with his matchmaking grandmother. After all, how bad can it be? When he bumps into his best friend’s sister, things start to look up. However, when they strike up an agreement to carry out a fake engagement, things quickly become very complicated.

Thank you for joining Stasia and Roberto as they embark on their cruise ship romance beneath the Mediterranean sun. I really hope you enjoy their visit to Venice as much as I enjoyed writing it.

Happy reading,

Jennifer
