I love ranch dressing. I think it makes everything better—pizza, vegetables, chicken, you name it. That means I’m a ranch snob, a purist. It’s also why this dairy-free version is also coconut-free; I didn’t want a hint of coconut taste in it, just the cool, savory flavor we all know and love. From one ranch snob to another, this is my gift to you.
Makes 1¼ cups
In a blender or food processor, combine the mayonnaise, almond milk, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until the dressing is smooth. Add the dill, parsley, and chives and pulse five or six times, until the herbs are incorporated. Use immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
